It offers a range of configurations to meet your needs, from 1 to 2 x bedrooms with 37m2 of space this Tiny Home is just ideal as a batch retreat, homestay or rental investment, the concepts are endless. We can even adjoin 2 x 20’ Expandable Container Tiny Homes to modulate your living needs.
Tiny Home 57
Looking for something a little bigger? The 30’ft Expandable Container Tiny Home offers just over 56m2 of space which certainly gives a larger living area with 2 x generously sized bedrooms.
Tiny Home 75
The 40’ft is a family home in the making. The 40’ft Expandable Container Tiny Homes offers 75m2 of home and easily configures into a comfortable 3-bedroom home, though with this size in mind we are moving away from the tiny home model, but life is also about comfort. These homes offer a great alternative to a conventional built home with its durability, low maintenance cost and ease of installation. They are a great leg up for any young family looking to enter the property market they also offer a bit more luxury for a homestay or rental option.

We all love an indoor out door flow. We have a Steel frame constructed patio that will not only enhance the look of your Tiny home but also add that extra outdoor living space and value.
Weather Board Cladding
Looking to have your Expandable Container Home a little more conventual. We can provide a pitched roof solution complete with guttering system, downpipe and 200mm eves. We also have a PVC weather board which we can attach to your home to give it a smart conventual ok, it comes in a range of colours for you to choose from. This look is very smart and well worth an investigation.
