Our Entry Level Expandable Container Home equates to a floor area of approximately 6mtr X 6mtr about 36m2. However, you can add other modules onto the standard configuration. If 36m2 is not enough why not double it and add another unit so they are end on end creating all your living space in the front unit with the bathroom and bedrooms at the back. This is more ideal if you are looking for 3 or more bedrooms. You can also add on one of our steel veranda options onto the font of your container house or have one built by your local tradesman. This then leads to the ability to add 2mtr x 2mtr utility room cubicles onto each end of your veranda which can be utilised in a number of ways.
RELOCATABLE
An expandable container Tiny Home has the versatility of being able to be relocated if needed. If you find that the position you originally placed the Tiny Home doesn’t suit, (and let’s face it situations change) you can simply fold your Tiny home back up and have it moved to your desired location. There are options available for you to choose with either wooden (skids) or a trailer tailor made to fit the undercarriage. Please ask us about these options if required.
AFFORDABLE
As the Tiny Home movement has grown over the last decade or so, these homes are becoming more recognised as having the ability to be financed by several finance companies. Financing is not what we do but we suggest you check out your options with lending institutions to see what fits your needs.
